Actual results for 2024 were within 1% of the Board’s forecast. The magnitued of landscape improvements in 2023 and 2024 were planned by the board to reach the targeted Members’ reserve (cushion) of approximately $25,000. Total cash in the amount of $66,537 includes $40,318 received in cash in 2024 but will be recognized as income in 2025 for Memberships and the Modernism Week Home Tour.
