Doug has lived on E. Via Estrella with his partner Jack Johnson since 2015. He retired in 2016 from a 35-year career as a senior retail executive.
Doug and Jack’s hobbies include golf, SCUBA diving, snow skiing, travel and socializing with their Palm Springs friends.

Steve currently serves as the Vice-Chair of ICNO. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Steve has been an Indian Canyons resident on Caliente Drive since 2004. Now retired, Steve relocated from the Midwest with his partner/husband of 33 years, Malcolm MacLeod, to become a full time PS resident in
September 2017.

Steve’s professional background includes a career in retail executive management for national and regional department store chains. He has worked and lived in several locations across the country, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and most recently, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Steve is happy
to land in Palm Springs and be part of the desert community.

Steve joined the ICNO Board in 2018. Before being elected ICNO Vice-Chair and the Board’s OnePS Representative in 2021, Steve served as ICNO Secretary. When not supporting ICNO, Steve also volunteers for the Bob Hope USO Palm Springs. He and Malcolm enjoy traveling, fly fishing, hiking trails, fitness, eating out and spending time with friends and family in Palm Springs.

My husband Norman Goldblatt and I bought our house in Indian Canyons in 2019. We divide our time between Indian Canyons and a home in East Hampton, NY. Although I began my career as a professional clarinetist, I have now been in the private equity investment business for over 35 years and continue to work part time.

Karin and her husband Paul, long time Seattle residents, moved part-time to Palm Springs in 2020. They loved it so much that once retired, purchased their forever full-time home on Yosemite in 2023. Prior to retirement, Karin worked at Amazon for 23 years in Global Corporate Travel, Relocation and Event Management.

Karin is an avid music lover and has been to over 200 Dave Matthews Band concerts. Both her and Paul enjoy ALL that PSP has to offer and love living in this wonderful community!

Jack Johnson and his partner Doug Patterson have been full time residents of Palm Springs since 2018, relocating from Seattle, WA to East Via Estrella. He happily retired in October 2022 after almost 30 years as a marketing leader in the technology software industry.

Paul and his wife Lissa, longtime Seattle residents, moved to Indian Canyons full time in February of 2022. Living their best life on Caliente, it has been everything they wished for in a new home. Good weather, great neighbors and a fabulous place to live!

Mark lives with his husband Thomas Sim (Co-chair, Modernism) in Laguna Beach and Palm Springs. They have an amazing Labradoodle named Cody. During the season you may see Cody out with them walking around the neighborhood or haunting their favorite restaurants. Mark runs a Residential Real Estate Company in Newport Beach. Thomas is a Financial Advisor with his own firm headquartered in Laguna Beach.

The Gold/Sim ICNO Modernism Team has guided us through three very successful years with 2023 being year number four. 2024 promises to be even more spectacular with seven homes on tour. We are expecting another sell-out year!

Both Mark and Thomas enjoy health, nutrition, fitness and living the best lives that they can! They believe in giving back to the communities and world that they live in.

Steve is a former Senior Executive in the retail industry. He is currently the owner of Desert Luxury Concierge, managing clients’ second homes and vacation properties. His husband (15 years together), Diego Velasco Nunez, is a professional dog groomer.

Tucker was raised in Palm Springs and graduated from Palm Springs High School. After leaving for college and starting his sports media career in LA, he and his wife, Dr. Aaronson, returned to call Indian Canyons home along with their Bouvier, Rowdy, and desert tortoise, General. He runs a production company that develops sports television shows and digital content.

Carolyn and her wife discovered Indian Canyons back in 1998 when moving from Portland Oregon to Palm Springs. It was amazing luck to end up in The Canyon, the house was the only one they could find with a tennis court and the Canyon has proved to be everything and more they ever hoped for.

Nicholas Bouchard and his partner Jamie McFate have been part-time of residents of Palm Springs since 2017 when they purchased their mid-century modern dream home on East Via Estrella. When not in Palm Springs, Nicholas also spends time at his camp in Eagle Lake, ME
(during the summer) and travelling the globe as much as his schedule permits.

Nicholas works (remotely) as a Commercial Operations Manager for Rockwell Automation supporting their Americas Sales Organization. His hobbies include distance (marathon) running, power yoga, cooking, shopping, hiking, skiing, and traveling.

Kenny and his wife Susan split their time between Whidbey Island and Indian Canyons, after purchasing their home on Camino Real in 2014. Kenny spent most of his career in Los Angeles, retiring as an Executive Officer of a multinational multibillion dollar NYSE -listed company. Kenny was past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the University of California, Berkeley Business School (Haas). He was Chairman of the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts and served on several local non-profit Boards. He is a CPA, JD, MBA. You might see Kenny and Susan walking their 2 Australian Shepherds around our beautiful neighborhood.

Bruce and his husband Phil have been full-time residents of Indian Canyons for over 20 years and have both been actively involved with ICNO since its inception. Phil was the primary organizer and founding chair and Bruce served as chair for 6 years subsequently. Before retiring, Phil was a real estate broker in LA, Texas, and Palm Springs. Bruce was the president of RKO Pictures and then a partner in an international film and tv production company.
